8 years of experience in strategic finance, project finance, and the management and analysis of illiquid investments. Skilled in financial modeling and corporate finance consulting to perform valuations, debt restructuring, and venture capital and debt operations. Experience in the startup ecosystem, participating on advisory boards as a value creation consultant. Holds a vocational degree in Business Administration from Escola do SEBRAE-MG and a degree in Economics from IBMEC-SP.

He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Finance from Fundação João Pinheiro, and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Giovanni Abeni is a technology and innovation specialist with experience in technical leadership and digital project management. An engineer from Poli-USP, he serves as CTO of R2U, with a background in startups and technology consulting, leading solutions in augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and custom software development.
